ROCK THE RIDE is benefit bike ride and walk that raises funds for national and local nonprofit organizations working to end gun violence. In 2022, we applauded the first federal gun violence prevention law in thirty years; a monumental step in the right direction to curb the epidemic of gun violence in our country. But there is much more work to do, so ROCK THE RIDE rolls on.
For those who are ready to learn more about how to make a difference (big or small), we invite you to participate in a ROCK THE RIDE event. Our nonprofit beneficiaries, special guest speakers, and national leaders will inspire you to ask questions, get engaged, and get moving as we ride, walk and talk together. We believe that community + action = change.
Supporting Gun Violence Prevention
ROCK THE RIDE supports the following national and local organizations, and since 2018 has raised over $500,000.
Our nonprofit partners engage in gun violence prevention work and survivor support each and every day.
You can join as an individual or as a team, and together, we will make change.
Our day together consists of:
10- or 12-mile family friendly bike ride
25-mile scenic bike ride
3-mile walk and/or run
A burritos & bubbles brunch in the park
Guests speakers — our “voices of change”
Small auction or raffle
Partners fair to learn about local organizations making a difference
